Maze Chase is a free arcade maze game you can play in your browser. Steer Glint through a symmetric board, eat dots, and outrun four original chasers in Classic or Time Attack — with an optional daily UTC maze.
Also known as: dot maze arcade, chaser maze, symmetric maze runner
Eat dots and dodge Seek, Lure, Mote, and Keep in this free browser maze chase. Classic lives, 90-second Time Attack, and a shared daily layout.
How to play Maze Chase
Pick Classic (3 lives, endless levels) or Time Attack (90 seconds, one life). Toggle 📅 Daily for the UTC maze everyone shares today (?daily=1). Change mode or daily only before Start or after a run.
Swipe on the board or use Arrow keys / WASD to queue your next turn. Glint keeps moving and turns at the next open junction. Optional on-screen pad is in settings.
Eat dots for 10 points. Clear every dot to advance — speed and chaser smarts rise each level. An extra life appears at 10,000 in Classic.
Flare orbs in the corners scare all chasers for a few seconds. Catch them while scared for 200 / 400 / 800 / 1600 chain points. A new orb refreshes the timer and resets the chain.
Seek hunts your cell, Lure aims ahead of you, Mote wanders at forks, and Keep patrols until you are within six cells. The middle row is a wrap tunnel (chasers move slower there).
Mute is in settings. The game pauses while the tab is hidden. Stats on this device track high score by mode, daily best, total dots eaten, and longest level reached.
Dots are 10 points each. Scared chaser chains score 200, 400, 800, then 1600 before the chaser returns home. Classic and Time Attack each keep a device best; with Daily on, today’s best is stored per mode for the UTC date. Time Attack ends at 0:00 — catches cost 5 seconds and reset positions.
