Play Make 24 free in your browser. Use four numbers to make exactly 24, with a shared daily set, 90-second sprint, and untimed practice.
How to play Make 24
Daily deals five hands that are the same for everyone on that UTC day, always using 1–9. Sprint is 90 seconds and gets harder as you solve. Practice is untimed: pick Easy, Medium, or Hard.
Tap a number, an operator (+ − × ÷), then a different number. Those tiles merge into the result in one step. Fractions stay exact, such as 8/3, and negatives look like -8/3.
The last tile has to be exactly 24. Otherwise it says Not 24: Undo the last merge, or Reset back to the four starting numbers. Dividing by zero shakes and does not merge.
Hint shows the next merge of one solution, such as 8 ÷ 3. If the tiles cannot reach 24, the hint tells you to undo. In Daily each hint adds 30 seconds. Practice hints are free. Sprint can skip a hand, which costs 5 seconds.
On a win, Show solution reveals one expression that makes 24. The gear setting Card values 1–13 applies to Sprint and Practice only.
Daily score is elapsed time plus 30 seconds per hint, lower is better. One best is kept per UTC day, plus a win streak, on this device. Sprint score is how many puzzles you solve in 90 seconds. Total solved counts Daily, Sprint, and Practice.
