Brick Breaker

Smash bricks, chain combos, and grab power-ups in a free 90-second brick breaker with 3 lives. The daily challenge shares one layout worldwide.

How to play Brick Breaker

  1. The page opens in Practice: a fresh random layout every run — play as many times as you like.
  2. Below the description, use the 📅 Daily Challenge / Practice toggle — Daily is the day’s shared UTC run (everyone gets the same layouts, launch angle, and power-up bricks until the next midnight). Switch back to Practice anytime.
  3. Daily allows one run per UTC day. Starting the run uses up the day — leaving mid-run closes it with no reroll. A finished day shows your result until tomorrow.
  4. Move the paddle with your mouse or finger, or with the Arrow keys or A and D. The ball launches on its own after a short beat.
  5. Where the ball hits the paddle bends its return. Break every brick to clear the level and the next layout starts right away. From level 3 some bricks take two hits.
  6. Catch falling power-ups: Multi-ball adds two extra balls, Wide paddle and Fast ball last a few seconds, and Brick blast clears a 3×3 around the brick that dropped it.
  7. You have 90 seconds and 3 lives. Missing the ball costs a life; the run ends when time or lives run out.

Each brick scores 10, plus a combo bonus of min(50, 5 × streak), where the streak counts bricks in a row since your last lost life — paddle hits do not reset it. Catching a power-up scores 25, clearing a level scores 500, and clearing it without losing a life adds 250 more. Every life still held when the run ends is worth 100. Practice saves your best score on this device. Daily records one score per UTC day. The result card shows score, level reached, and max combo.
